WAKATORU

Wakatoru – TORU means “three” in Maurtutian. It’s so obvious from the name that platform for expected new kaykak was very successful model from 2008 Wakatwo. In the beginning of season 2023 we have heard desires of lot of padlers and with designer, modern facilities and cooperation with Felix Bouvet (FRA) and Adam Satkem (CZE) we created this awesome model. As was mentioned, base of the boat is the hull from model Wakatwo, then we created new deck with modern shape and more volume – inspiration cames from Sicario (2017).

For this model we recommend pick seat max with lower center of gravity. Then you can feel water much better and you will reach better stability.

Extreme complexity of the track, sharp transitions between the current and the return currents.These are the main parameters of the artificial slalom track in Pau, which took place at the trun of September and October 2017 of the World Sprint Championships.Many competitors demanded some adjustments. French kayakers, led by the young and promising paddler Maxence Barouh, took part in the design of this model.Maxence knows the track in Pau perfectly and knows very well what the ideal boat (not only) for this track should look like. Maxence expected the kayak to be able to handle sharp transitions between fast-flowing water and reverse currents at maximum speed. The boat must be constantly slipping and, if necessary, must respond immediately. Last but not least, the boat has to accelerate perfectly when moving to quieter passages. Managed? WAKATWO

The facelifted adjustment of Waka has all the positives of its older sister. Wakatwo is also perfect on exposed and completely calm water terrains. The main modifications concerned the front deck and increased comfort for the paddlers. Everything you expect from Waka, you simply get from Wakatwo. The extraordinary success of this model is confirmed by the fact that, despite the age of the kayak model, it is still popular on the market. For those interested, we also lower the bottom on request, which will be appreciated especially by shorter kayakers. Wakatwo helped to win the title of 2009 Junior World Champion for Antoine Sudrie form France and for Viole Risso from Italy. A suitable boat, for example, for the river in Nantahala, USA, where the 2020 World Championships were to take place in the spring of 2020.

TONGA

It is a kayak made for the 2010 Wildwater World Championships in Sort -Spain. The boat has got a perfect stability and manoeuvrability in white water and can surprise with an extraordinary speed at the flat water surface. Tonga is a further continuation of the tradition of top racing “Kick the waves” kayaks and has got the highest ambitions in the forthcoming season.Tonga’s newly designed narrow bow captures your imagination at first sight and a paddler can feel its speed just during his/her first strokes. Raised bow and stern, along with a “”round”” bottom profile provides exceptional manoeuvrability and rotation of Tonga boat.

Designer of Tonga kayak manafed to combine high speed on calm and flat water together with exeptiona stability on rapid rivers. The fact that the boat is two centimetres wider in the seating postition than Wakatwo kayak contributes to the maximal manoeuvrability of the boat. The space in the area of thearea of the athletes knees was made wider too and that’s why kayakers with their height of around 200cm has no problem to be comfortably seated in Tonga kayak.

CAYENNE

Cayenne was created to dominate at world championships in the Italian Valtellina. The extreme complexity of the river Adda required a number of changes, so that the boat had the best handling characteristics in large waves and stopers, which was the change the competitors at the World Championship were waiting for. The contemporary Tomas Slovak & French representatives together with the legend, twice European champion in 2001 in the Italian Sesia Maxim Clerin, participated at this emergence of the latest kayak Cayenne. Cayenne is based on the successful Tonga. Compared to its predecessor, the Cayenne is bigger, especially on the rear deck and the changes undergone toe and rear of the new kayak.
